- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Registered Nurse RGN/RMN with a postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years' experience at Band 5, with a working knowledge of current issues and agendas facing prison/offender healthcare.
- Experience of multi-professional collaboration, including working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organisations.
- Experience of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards of care.
