**Job Summary**

Wood Digital Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Automation and Control Discipline Team Lead to join our EMEA Systems Integration business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Automation and Controls department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of approximately 10 to 14 engineers of various levels to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify and develop talent to meet current and future business needs.

**Requirements**

  • ISCED Level 6 / Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Chartership with a relevant professional body or Professional Engineer License is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in engineering delivery in one or more relevant industry sectors.
  • Expert-level experience and understanding of discipline engineering tools and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across a diverse multicultural community.
