Location: London Senator House - Hybrid working (3 days office/2 days remote)

Contract type: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled Trade Settlement Analyst to join our team in London. As a key member of our Global Settlements team, you will be responsible for monitoring global markets, checking reports, and identifying and resolving settlement matching issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring exception reports, updating and amending data in relevant global markets custody portals, and general trade amendments and mailbox monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor global markets and check reports to identify and resolve settlement matching issues
  • Monitor exception reports and update/amend data in relevant global markets custody portals
  • General trade amendments and mailbox monitoring
  • Error analysis, resolution, and implementation, and liaison with relevant departments
  • Follow CASS rules to support compliance and audit processes
  • Formulate detailed written responses to stakeholders
  • FX calculations and trade input

About You

We are looking for a team player who can work accurately under time pressure, with strong organizational skills and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. You should have a strong understanding of operational settlements knowledge and experience with FIGARO, NEOLINK, and Nexen portals is desirable. You will be a forward thinker who questions convention and remains curious, with the ability to share openly and transparently, listen well, and include new perspectives.
