About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool Daventry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the growth and success of our nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication and supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Support, supervise, train, and appraise staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice and develop open and positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Encourage and praise children's development and achievements.
