We are currently seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for a vibrant hotel located in Worcestershire. This establishment focuses on Restaurant & Bar service, ensuring a dynamic culinary environment without the demands of banqueting or wedding events. The position offers a favorable work schedule of 4.5 days per week, with live-in accommodation available for the right candidate.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive salary up to £33.5k, depending on experience
  • Additional tips estimated at £3k
  • Live-in accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard using fresh, local, and seasonal produce
  • Engage in food preparation and plating for both hotel guests and restaurant patrons
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Experience in a 1AA rosette rated kitchen is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
