Position Overview
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to provide a high-quality administrative support service to the Headteacher. The ideal candidate will adhere to the established policies and procedures of the school, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in this dynamic role.
The responsibilities include:
- Managing all arrangements for cover for absent colleagues, including teachers and support staff.
- Coordinating suitable supply staff and deploying Learning Managers to ensure all arrangements are in place for daily operations.

This permanent position is subject to a 12-month probationary period. Normal working hours are 36 hours per week, with specific hours outlined for each day, including a 45-minute unpaid break. The role is full-time.
