Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers during their recovery rehearsals and live invocations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers during recovery rehearsals and live invocations
  • Ensure the recovery centre is always ready operational
  • Manage all relevant documentation
  • Coordinate new service implementations, including IT and communications installations
  • Provide vital assistance to other recovery centres within the region
  • Maintain critical site facilities such as air conditioning, lighting, UPS systems, and generators
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide out-of-hours support as needed
  • Keep key documentation, such as the Technical Site Guide and Site User Guide, up to date
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are followed

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IT and communications
  • Valuable client-facing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of networks, switches, routers, and Windows Server
  • Exposure to voice and data communications
  • Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Professional, flexible attitude and a hands-on approach
  • Valid UK Driving License
