We are seeking a highly skilled IT Recovery Centre Technician to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services. As a key member of our recovery centre, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their recovery rehearsals and live invocations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on technical support to customers during recovery rehearsals and live invocations.
- Ensure the recovery centre is always ready operational, with a focus on maintaining critical site facilities such as air conditioning, lighting, UPS systems, and generators.
- Manage all relevant documentation, including the Technical Site Guide and Site User Guide.
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support as needed.
- Travel to customer sites within the service area to provide support where it's most needed.
- Strong knowledge of IT and communications, with valuable client-facing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networks, switches, routers, and Windows Server.
- Exposure to voice and data communications.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Valid UK Driving License.
