Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relations: Cultivate and sustain robust, enduring relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact and comprehending their distinct needs and objectives.

  3. Project Oversight: Manage the complete project lifecycle, including budget oversight, timeline compliance, supplier coordination, and resource distribution.
  4. Team Management: Direct cross-functional teams, offering clear guidance, direction, and motivation to ensure flawless project execution.
  5. Creativity and Innovation: Introduce novel ideas and creative concepts, remaining ahead of industry trends and contributing to the agency's forward-thinking approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management within the events and communications sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects and diverse teams, achieving outstanding results on schedule and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
