We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Coventry Lower Precinct. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with restocking shelves, maintaining a tidy store environment, and processing transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Support with handling deliveries, pallets, and stock movements.
Requirements:
  • Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
