About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and supporting our on-the-road sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow-up work and messages: Ensure timely communication and follow-up on leads to enhance customer relationships.
  • Reports and planning tasks: Prepare sales reports and assist in strategic planning to optimize sales performance.
  • Route planning and appointment making: Organize travel routes and set appointments for the sales team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Proactive telephone sales work: Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Quotes and progress reports: Prepare quotes and track progress, providing necessary updates to the sales team and clients.
  • Other duties as required: Assist with additional tasks that contribute to overall sales success.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent literacy and telephone skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Organizational excellence: Accurate and organized approach to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • IT proficiency: A solid understanding of IT tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Sales experience preferred: Previous experience in road-based sales is beneficial for understanding the importance of this role.
