Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and suppliers to provide a professional and helpful service.
  • Handle daily tasks such as placing orders, drafting quotes, and responding to customer queries.
  • Provide support to the sales team, CAD Detailers, accounts team, Project Manager, and directors.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist other team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the company's marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Ensure smooth communication with customers regarding order status and collection details.
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Experience in working with Construction Materials.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Experience in handling orders, quotations, and stock control.
  • A team player with a flexible approach to work.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
