Job Type and Location

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Widnes. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, with guaranteed nights out, sometimes 4 nights and other times 1-3 nights.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £53,820 per annum, based on 10 hours of overtime per week. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:

  1. Weekly pay
  2. Your own truck
  3. Secure parking in services when on nights out
  4. A pension plan (optional)
  5. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays per year
  6. One to three weeks training, dependent on experience
The Role

As a Class 1 Tanker Driver ADR, you will be paired with our driver trainer to learn how to safely deliver and collect various chemicals. You will be required to work from one of two depots in Grays, with jobs allocated to you throughout the week via email or the transport team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. To be keen, efficient, and have sound safe working practices
  2. To hold an ADR license in tanks, all classes except 1 & 7
  3. To have a valid Digital tacho
