Position Overview

Senior Buyer - FMCG Food Manufacturing Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team managing millions in expenditures across various categories.
  • Oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of essential materials, products, and services vital for the manufacturing and production operations.
  • Manage supplier relationships effectively, ensuring cost-efficient purchasing while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting the broader supply chain strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis and cost assessments to uncover potential savings opportunities.
  • Initiate and track cost reduction strategies, evaluating their effects on the procurement budget.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics, including cost savings and supplier effectiveness.

  • Experience in FMCG Manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiations, coupled with strong communication skills.
