We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Housing Division at Emponics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of our housing projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial and commercial aspects of housing projects, including estimating, tendering, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure effective contract management and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Proficient in financial software and systems, with the ability to prepare and manage financial reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
