We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Housing Division at Emponics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial and commercial aspects of housing projects, including estimating, tendering, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure effective contract management and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems, with the ability to prepare and manage financial reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
