We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Consulting Ltd. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a small caseload of foster families and working therapeutically with them and the children and young people in their care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise foster carers and work therapeutically with them and the children and young people in their care.
- Oversee a small caseload of 10-12 foster families.
- Work in a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in the office in South East London.
- A very good salary package, up to £49,000 per annum.
- A £3,000 car allowance.
- Hybrid working arrangements.
- No Form F Assessments on top.
- Ongoing training and opportunities for career progression.
- A Qualified Social Worker with experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team.
- A Social Work Degree.
- A driving license.
