Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Community Mental Health Team in Walsall North. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological therapies to working-age adults.

Main Duties

The post holder will be responsible for developing complex formulations, offering supervision, consultancy, reflective practice groups, and training to colleagues. They will also work closely with the local Clinical and Counselling Psychology Doctorate courses to teach and supervise trainees.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Masters Level in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, HCPC registration, and experience of working within CMHT. They will also have strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
