  • Addressing customer inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and updates
  • Conducting routine checks with technicians
  • Providing support for various administrative tasks as required

Additionally, you will:

  • Handle phone inquiries and provide information
  • Participate in job-related training sessions
  • Offer general business support as needed

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
