Stock Management Coordinator

**We currently have a vacancy for a Stock Management Coordinator working within our Stock Management & Operations Support Team in Sudbury**

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with routing team to ensure planned deliveries arrive on schedule
- Liaise with day stakeholders to prioritse deliveries
- Ensuring that the department takes product cost into account - where possible.
- Prevent cost-ineffective issues, such as failed deliveries and stock shortages
- Build relationships with various departments across the company to increase communication.
- Work well within a team
- Send daily paperwork with delivery number, tank size number, ullage etc.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures
- Comply with relevant site rules if visiting other locations.
- Responsible for personal safety as well as being vigilant with others health and safety within the workplace.
