Town Planner (Principal, Associate or Director)

We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our Planning Team at AJC Recruitment Ltd in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality planning advice to clients in various sectors, specializing in all aspects of planning policy and site promotion.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing the development potential of greenfield sites, advising clients on the prospects of securing consent, and attending Development Plan Examinations. You will also be responsible for managing various planning projects, maintaining and building working relationships with clients, and developing new business opportunities for our Planning Team and the wider business.
