GTC, a member of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, is seeking a Water Quality Assurance Specialist who is eager to contribute to our goal of earning customer loyalty and fostering business expansion through the delivery of consistently outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities of the Water Quality Assurance Specialist:

  • Conduct testing, chlorination, and commissioning of water infrastructure as directed, adhering to Water Codes of Practice, while ensuring all tasks are performed to the highest standards of safety and technical excellence by following relevant method statements, work procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all incumbent and IWNL Testing, chlorination, and sampling procedures.
  • Maintain vehicles, plant, and equipment in optimal condition, promptly reporting any defects to the Project Manager.
  • Perform daily site-specific risk assessments to uphold a safe working environment.
  • Accurately document details of work performed.
  • Submit pertinent work details for recording and invoicing within the required timeframe.

About You:

  • Possess a Water Safety Passport.
  • Hold a Water Hygiene ticket.
  • Have a Street Works card.
  • Experience in Water Mains, Testing, Chlorination, and Sampling.
  • NCO1 Main Laying / Service Laying or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid UK driving license.
