About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Framework Manager to lead our hydraulic modeling framework team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Water and Wastewater Team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our hydraulic modeling frameworks, working closely with our clients to develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of our hydraulic modeling frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, including water companies and local authorities.
  • Manage projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and program management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement hydraulic model builds, verifications, and solution development, including the use of InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop tender responses and fee estimates, working closely with our business development team.
