About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hydraulic Modeling Framework Lead to join our Water and Wastewater Team in Derby or Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of one of our hydraulic modeling frameworks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key Water Company and non-Water Company clients.
- Project Management, including managing resources, budgets, and programs, and coordinating with other disciplines.
- Project Management of DWMPs and other projects, including Hydraulic Model Build and verification, Storm Water Management, SuDS, drainage, option development, SOAF, and WFD.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Develop tender responses and fee estimates.

Security Clearance
This role may require security clearance, and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
