We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Framework Manager to lead our hydraulic modeling framework team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Water and Wastewater Team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our hydraulic modeling frameworks, working closely with our clients to develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic project delivery team, responsible for the successful delivery of our hydraulic modeling frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, including water companies and local authorities.
  • Manage projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and program management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement hydraulic model builds, verifications, and solution development, including the use of InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop tender responses and fee estimates, working closely with our business development team.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the UK water industry, with a proven track record of delivering hydraulic modeling frameworks and projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification, with a strong understanding of hydraulic modeling and water infrastructure.
  • Chartered status with a relevant professional institution, such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
