About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our Lincolnshire EfW facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operations team to achieve facility performance targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement business plans
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the waste management or energy sector
