Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you'll provide personalized support and care to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication reminders and administration
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to clients' dietary needs
  • Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
  • Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
