About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Manager to join our award-winning real estate team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions from a MEP perspective, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance: Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team and coordinate with the client and other consultants.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and advise upon project finances and manage the flow of project information.
  • Client Interface: Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
Requirements
  • Post Graduate Qualification: A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
  • Real Estate Experience: Experience of working on various real estate projects.
  • BIM and Sustainability Knowledge: Knowledge of BIM, LEED, and other sustainability standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
