About Us: ARC International Design Consultants is a leading architecture and design company, providing expertise in complex project planning and design through a diverse team of specialists.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team in London as a BIM Manager. This role is crucial to our business as we expand our operations in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of BIM processes on projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define BIM project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular model audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure seamless collaboration among disciplines.
  • Provide technical support to project teams and troubleshoot BIM-related issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and best practices in BIM.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's BIM standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a BIM management role, preferably in architectural projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Autodesk REVIT and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of clash detection methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and managing BIM libraries and families.
  • Track record of successfully leading and developing BIM teams.
