About the Role:

We are working with a leading client in the construction industry to find a skilled MEP Coordinator (Revit) to join their team on a long-term contract basis. As a MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the building information modelling (BIM) process for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the BIM process for construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of models and data.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BIM models and data.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Revit and BIM coordination.
  • Experience using Navisworks and AutoCAD.
  • Mixed project background, with experience in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
