Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative specialist pharmacist to join our critical care team at Northwick Park Hospital. As a critical care specialist pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
