As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service via live chat, telephone, and email
- Handle customer queries in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain high customer service standards, providing helpful assistance and efficient service
- Communicate with team members on shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Proactively keep customers informed of enquiry progress
- Deal with internal processes from start to finish
- Process customer parcels, working closely with Warehouse and Logistics
- Monitor and reply to customer queries across all platforms
- Fluency in French is essential for this role
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an E-commerce Customer Service environment
- High-level multi-tasking skills with an element of urgency
- Experience working with a CRM system is highly advantageous
