We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as a 'Head of' their dedicated sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of recruiters, developing effective recruitment strategies, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Headhunting**: Identify and attract top talent through various job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
  • **Negotiation**: Effectively negotiate salary and benefits with candidates to meet our clients' needs.
  • **Recruitment Process Management**: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to final placement.
  • **Job Advert Creation**: Craft compelling job descriptions and postings to attract the best candidates.
  • **Candidate Screening**: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with our Director to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • **Candidate Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates on our CRM system.
  • **Social Media Utilization**: Leverage social media platforms to generate leads and acquire top talent.
  • **Industry Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience**: Proven track record of success in recruitment, preferably in a 360 capacity.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Excel.
  • **Sales Achievements**: Demonstrated ability to showcase sales achievements and meet targets.
  • **Career Ambition**: Desire to grow with the company and take on senior leadership roles.
  • **Financial Motivation**: Willingness to go above and beyond to meet business objectives.
