Employee Relations Specialist
Thales is a global business that relies on innovative solutions to make tomorrow's possible. We're looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR function, working across the full remit of ER case work with a focus on mid-range complexity/risk.
The RoleWe're seeking a skilled ER Specialist who can work proactively across the business, anticipating and managing risks. You'll be a skilled communicator who knows when to coach and when to advise, with the ability to effectively and clearly identify and mitigate risk through drawing on knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
The successful candidate will be highly skilled at identifying, communicating and managing risk, and will proactively seek 'win-win' outcomes for all parties. You'll work with colleagues to design and deliver training to mid-level people managers on ER policy and process, and will take a highly planned and organised approach to setting out clear steps and associated timeframes.
We're committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free recruitment process, and will provide reasonable adjustments and support to ensure neuro-diverse applicants or those with a disability or long-term condition can be their best during the recruitment process.
At Thales, we believe that embracing flexibility is a smarter way of working. We offer fantastic opportunities for committed employees to learn and develop their career with us, and our mobility policy enables thousands of employees each year to develop their careers at home and abroad.
We're looking for someone who is an adept influencer, effective when faced with ambiguity, and who can work collectively to achieve best outcomes for individuals and the business. If you think this is the role for you, contact Alice Hardy Talent Acquisition Partner or click on the apply button now.
