Early Careers Development Specialist

At Together, we're committed to nurturing the next generation of talent. As an Early Careers Development Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scout and Develop Talent: Identify and recruit top talent through careers events, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with schools, colleges, and universities to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Design and Deliver Programs: Develop and implement engaging content showcasing early career opportunities, and facilitate top-notch recruitment processes for our apprenticeship program.
  • Enhance Experiences: Ensure candidates have a positive journey from application to onboarding, and support the development of learning programs for apprentices and work experience program participants.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Track the effectiveness of our apprenticeship and work experience programs, using feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the early careers landscape, apprenticeship frameworks, and work experience initiatives.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills to engage diverse groups.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for developing talent.
