Key Responsibilities

- Ensure candidates have a positive journey from application to onboarding

- Craft learning journeys to support the development of our apprentices and work experience programme participants
- Kick-off success by facilitating orientation sessions and ongoing training
- Coach and inspire early career hires through one-on-one coaching and group workshops
- Monitor the impact of our apprenticeship and work experience programmes, using feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
