Early Careers Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Careers Development Specialist to join our team at Together. As a key member of our talent acquisition and development function, you will play a critical role in shaping our early careers initiatives and elevating our talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and attract top talent through careers events, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions
  • Foster strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to create a robust talent pipeline
  • Develop and implement engaging content showcasing early career opportunities
  • Streamline recruitment processes for our apprenticeship programme
  • Ensure candidates have a positive journey from application to onboarding
  • Create a work experience programme tailored to meet our business needs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovative initiatives enhancing our brand presence
  • Craft learning journeys to support the development of our apprentices and work experience programme participants
  • Kick-off success by facilitating orientation sessions and ongoing training
  • Coach and inspire early career hires through one-on-one coaching and group workshops
  • Monitor the impact of our apprenticeship and work experience programmes, using feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the early careers landscape, apprenticeship frameworks, and work experience initiatives
  • Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills to engage diverse groups
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A growth mindset and a passion for developing talent
