We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Progresso Search. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of innovation and renovation projects across our coffee and tea portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Commercialization: Manage the development and launch of new products, including artwork, graphics, new technologies, blends, packaging, and channel-specific NPD.
- Brand Guardian: Champion our instant coffee brands, working closely with senior brand managers and cross-functional teams to execute NPD with excellence and build winning partnerships.
- Project Management: Develop and deliver against business cases for key projects, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
- Brand Performance Tracking: Conduct regular analysis of brand performance, identifying areas for growth and developing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Brand Building: Experience in building and managing brands, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and drive business growth.
