About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless customer interactions and experiences.
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to delivery and beyond, escalating issues as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
