We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our Operations team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless customer interactions and experiences.
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to delivery and beyond, escalating issues as needed.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current service processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing changes.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions to complex problems, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of growth initiatives, including customer acquisition and team development.
Requirements
