As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our food and beverage strategy, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency across all our outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy, aligning with the estate's vision and values.
- Lead and manage a team of chefs, kitchen staff, and other food and beverage professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the estate's farming and production teams to source high-quality ingredients and develop innovative menus.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food and beverage budgets, controlling costs and optimizing revenue streams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a senior food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food trends, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
