About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EBS/SOA Technical Developer to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. as a Technical Lead for Oracle EBS and SOA Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work on a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system, providing functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Development, and Troubleshooting: The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and troubleshooting of issues related to Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, including JEE, SOA 12C, OAG 12c, B2B 12C, BAM 12C, Web Service Security, BPEL, XML, XSLT, XQuery, etc.
  • Interface Development: Develop new interfaces using SOA 12c, BPEL, and adapters, and support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined to comply with approved Agile approach, including deploying patches and upgrades to the technology stack.
  • Requirements Analysis: Interact with government product owners and other SMEs to analyze requirements, decompose requirements into user stories, draft user story acceptance criteria, and demonstrate solution.
  • Change Request Analysis: Analyze Change Requests and provide level of effort estimates.
  • Code Optimization: Tune and optimize related code and related systems level configurations.
  • Deployment Instructions: Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/rollback of code.
  • Release Testing Support: Provide technical support during the release testing phases.
  • Meeting Management: Drive meetings with production owners and manage the analysis through design and development phases.
  • Quality Deliverables: Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
  • Impact Analysis: Perform impact analysis of the product updates released periodically by the vendor.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Oracle SOA 12c Integration: Expert in building Oracle SOA 12c integration with Oracle EBS R12.
  • SOAP UI and POSTMAN Experience: Experience in SOAP UI and POSTMAN.
  • SOAP Web Services and RESTful APIs Experience: Experience in developing SOAP web services and RESTful APIs.
  • Oracle Linux Environment Experience: Experience working in Oracle Linux environment and shell scripting.
  • PL/SQL and Oracle EBS Suite Experience: Experience in PL/SQL and Oracle EBS Suite.
Security Clearance

US Citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret is necessary.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, including JEE, SOA 12C, OAG 11g, B2B 12C, BAM 12C, Web Service Security, XML, XSLT, XQuery, etc.

  • Agile Scrum Methodology Experience: Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Oracle Projects API Experience: Experience with Oracle Projects API.
  • OAF, ADF, JSF Framework Experience: Experience with OAF, ADF, JSF framework.
  • Marine Corps / DoD Supply and Maintenance Processes Experience: Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.
  • SCM Experience: Experience in SCM.
  • Git-Based Version Control Systems Experience: Experience with Git-based version control systems.
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager Experience: Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager.
  • OBIEE/OAS Experience: Experience with OBIEE/OAS.
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware Technology Expertise: Expert in Oracle Fusion Middleware technology, SOA 12C, OAG 12c, BPEL, AXWAY, B2B 12C, BAM 12C.
