About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional Developer to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. as a key member of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND, and a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution of RICECPW solutions in Oracle SCM modules.
  • Support all technical activities and follow the processes consistent with approved Agile approach.
  • Document RICECPW functional designs to communicate with developers and comply with program documentation standards/change management processes.
  • Execute development and user acceptance testing in accordance with the test script, and document test results.
  • Present demonstrations of RICECPW testing activities to Product Owner and government SME/FE teams.
  • Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
  • Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle e-BS technical toolsets to include PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions).
  • Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables.
  • Periodically perform impact analysis of the Oracle product updates.
  • Strong knowledge of designing interfaces and conversion routines.
  • Deliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.
  • Experience with OAS and WF.
  • Experience in APEX.
  • Experience in Agile.
  • Experience in SOA/BPEL Programming is a plus.
Security Clearance

US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
