Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Functional Developer - Supply Chain Management Expert

Job Summary:

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Developer to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS R12/R11 and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in the logistics and supply chain management space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify business needs and develop functional designs for RICECPW solutions in Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.
  2. Functional Design: Develop detailed functional designs to communicate with developers and ensure technical content is incorporated into RICECPW solutions.
  3. Test Documentation/Execution: Execute development and user acceptance testing in accordance with test scripts and document test results.
  4. Deployment Instructions: Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
  5. Analysis through Design and Development: Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules. Working knowledge of Oracle e-BS technical toolsets to include PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.
  2. Experience in Agile.
  3. Experience in SOA/BPEL Programming is a plus.
