Your Role: We are seeking a skilled Onsite IT Support Engineer to become an integral part of our team, stationed at a distinguished client location. You will represent Air IT, delivering outstanding support and ensuring that our clients' IT infrastructures operate seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities: As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our operations, providing a diverse array of support services with expertise and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing technical issues efficiently.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assessing and prioritizing support requests
  • Managing service incidents and ensuring optimal system performance
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A valid UK Driving License
  • The ability to travel to various client sites
  • Proven experience in user and system support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Server/Desktop, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365
