We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a 1st Line Support Technician. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing solutions to IT issues and queries, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided, and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT issues and queries
- Monitor hardware and technical systems to identify potential issues
- Respond to IT incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times
- Take ownership of client queries and escalate to senior team members as necessary
Requirements:
- Customer-focused with an excellent record of providing high-quality customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to IT support
- Minimum 1 year experience in an IT support role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Applications
