About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will have the chance to significantly impact the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Providing emotional and practical support
  • Helping with personal care and hygiene
  • Supporting with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Administering medication and managing finances
  • Facilitating health appointments and community access

This role involves supporting four unique individuals, each with their own distinct personalities. The individuals we assist enjoy engaging in various activities, including outings, social events, and holidays.

Key Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive and compassionate attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities

Contract Options:
Relief position - Flexible arrangements to accommodate your personal circumstances.

Shift Patterns:
Our services operate 24/7, and we prepare rotas at least six weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal life effectively. Typical shift times include:
Day Shifts:
Various start and finish times
Sleep-In Shifts:
Available with an enhanced flat rate payment.
