Three Bridges Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our finance team in a national organisation based in the UK.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in transactional accounts and possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages. You will be responsible for:
- Processing transactions for multiple businesses within a larger organisation
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Reconciliation of systems data
- Overtime, timesheet and expense reporting
- Some sales ledger processing
- Weekly accounts reporting
- Ad-hoc assistance to finance manager and management accountant
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience within a transactional accounts role
- IT skills and working knowledge across Microsoft packages
- Able to work accurately to a tight deadline
- Great communicator to work with any individual within the business
