Overview:

Park Holidays is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Receptionist. This position serves as the initial point of contact for our holiday guests, playing a crucial role in their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome holiday guests warmly as they arrive at the park.
  • Perform administrative tasks using Park Vision as directed by the Holiday Sales Manager.
  • Provide detailed information regarding park amenities, activities, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations efficiently for all guests staying at the park.
  • Check in guests courteously and share relevant information about park facilities.
  • Operate the park's telephone system effectively.
  • Assist in resolving guest inquiries related to housekeeping, maintenance, and other services.
  • Prepare and distribute Welcome Packs containing essential information and materials.
  • Issue and manage keys for guest accommodations.
  • Utilize the park's mobile radio system for communication.
  • Process payments for holiday bookings and issue receipts accordingly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and reception area.
  • Handle incoming mail as necessary.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Park Vision system.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to promote extended stays and upgrades.
  • Contact guests to follow up on booking payments as per company policies.
