Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, maintaining our premium service, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Advanced IT Support: Offer expert technical assistance to clients, ensuring they receive top-tier support and exceptional service.
  • Engage with Clients: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through professional, consultative interactions and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients during onboarding processes, coordinating installation dates and providing expert guidance.
  • Educate and Train: Educate clients and junior team members on advanced IT solutions, sharing knowledge and insights to drive business success.
  • Administrative and Project Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks and assume project responsibilities as assigned, ensuring seamless delivery of our premium service.
Requirements
  • Technical Background: A strong background in technical support roles, with several years of experience, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Desktop Operating Systems (e.g., Windows 10/11), advanced understanding of IT concepts, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.
  • Office 365 Administration: Proven expertise in Office 365 Administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and InTune.
  • Network Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points).
  • Windows Server Installations: Competency in Windows Server installations.
  • Office 365 Exchange and SharePoint Migrations: Experience with Office 365 Exchange and SharePoint migrations.
  • Complex IT Projects: Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects.
  • Azure AD and Advanced IT Solutions: Familiarity with Azure AD and advanced IT solutions.
