Job Opportunity at Priory Group

We are seeking a skilled Bank Staff Nurse to join our team at Stockton Hall Hospital, a 112-bedded medium secure hospital in York. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients in the unit and on community trips.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement and provide a high standard of care.
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compile a plan of care, and monitor patient progress.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to maintain quality nursing care in a forensic setting.

Requirements:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration - RMN/RNLD.
  • Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and values-based practice.

What We Offer:

  • An hourly rate of £18.50.
  • Weekly pay in arrears.
